Resolution No. 3043 of 1985

In accordance with the provisions of para (a) of Article 42 of the constitution،

The Revolutionary Command Council have decided in their session held on 15.04.1985 the following:

1. The provisions of the Revolutionary Command Council's Resolution No. (1194) of 02.11.1983 shall be valid on the Iraqi mother who joins or shall join her departed sons and has the right of keeping her Iraqi nationality.

2. The competent ministers shall undertake the execution of this resolution.
